Your students
need more than
a CV workshop.

You know that.
So do we.

The gap between expectation and capacity

A careers lead we’ve worked with for five years recently resigned. In a two week period she had one thirty minute break. That’s what careers provision in schools is up against, not a lack of commitment, not a lack of care, but a complete lack of time and resource to do the job properly.

Universities face a different version of the same problem. Employability outcomes are measured and scrutinised. The pressure to deliver is real. The budget rarely matches.

We work with schools and universities to fill that gap. Practical, employer informed programmes built around what actually happens when a student applies for a job and designed to be as straightforward as possible to bring in.

The students we specialise in…

We specialise in young people from lower socioeconomic backgrounds, students who have the ability but not the access. They don't have the networks, the connections or the exposure to industries that open doors for others.

We've sat with the student whose parents didn't know the guidance we gave them even existed, the one offered an apprenticeship who turned it down because nobody had ever shown the family the alternatives, and the student working two jobs to fund their degree with no time left for networking. These students aren't failing. They're navigating a system that wasn't built for them, and they just need someone to open the door.

What we deliver…

Employability programmes

Practical, employer informed sessions built around what happens when a student applies for a job. We bring employer partners who show up properly because they genuinely want to find their next generation of talent.

Networking and professional presence

How to build connections and a professional profile before you have a job, including how to use LinkedIn before graduation rather than after.

For schools

Built around the Gatsby Benchmarks and your destination data. Every session contributes to the evidence you need, designed around your timetable and your students.

For universities

We bridge the gap between academic achievement and employment readiness. We've spent years inside the businesses your students are applying to, so we know what employers do with a CV.

We've worked with over 66 schools and reached more than 5,000 students.
