Give your students a real advantage when it matters most.

When students leave school or university, the ones who succeed aren’t always the most qualified. They’re the ones who knew how to network, write an application that got read, perform in an interview, and navigate a process nobody taught them in the classroom.

That’s the gap we close.

Emerging Talent Partnership designs and delivers employability programmes for secondary schools and universities, practical, employer informed initiatives built around what employers are actually looking for right now.

The difference we make

“Helen’s work was thorough, consistent, and professional at all times. The schools involved were very pleased with the outcomes, benefiting from her flexible approach towards individual school needs.”

Why It Matters for Your Institution

Our programmes are designed to contribute directly to your Gatsby Benchmark targets while giving students practical skills and employer connections they can use. We’ve worked with over 66 schools across the UK, reaching more than 5,000 students with employer partners who volunteer their time because they see the value in it.

For schools

For universities

Your graduate employability outcomes matter to your students, to your rankings, and to the employers who recruit from you. We work with universities to strengthen the bridge between academic achievement and employment readiness. We understand both sides of that bridge we’ve spent years inside the businesses your students are applying to.

What Our Programmes Cover

Programmes are tailored to your students and institution, but typically cover:

  • Understanding the recruitment process, what employers actually do with a CV, and why most are filtered before anyone reads them

  • Application skills, CVs, cover letters and online assessments that stand out

  • Interview preparation - competency and strength-based formats, and how to handle the ones that don’t go to plan

  • Networking and professional presence, including how to use LinkedIn before you have a job

Sessions can be standalone workshops or structured programmes across a term or academic year. We bring employer partners in where they add genuine value, people with direct hiring experience who can speak honestly about what they look for.

How We Work

We design and deliver programmes that align with your objectives and deliver measurable results.

We start by understanding your students, your benchmarks and your gaps, then design something that fits your timetable, your year groups and your goals. We measure what we deliver so you can evidence it.

We’ve been awarded contracts by EMCCA for 5 consecutive years based on results.

The difference we make
